Itinerary
Arrival in Mumbai
- Leave Kolkata in the morning, and by road, you should be in Mayapur by noon.
- Check into the hotel or guest house, relax and freshen up.
- Start with a visit to the ISKCON Chandrodaya Temple, where you will participate in the evening aarti with other devotees.
- Use up a little time to do some personal meditation or chanting in the serene atmosphere.
- Overnight in Mayapur.
- Begin with Mangala Aarti early in the morning. It is invigorating, peaceful, and relatively healthy, having been seen at the ISKCON temple.
- After breakfast, wander around the ISKCON campus, perhaps to Srila Prabhupada's Samadhi Mandir, his "renovation palace," or visit the Radha Madhava Temple.
- Spend the afternoon along the Ganges River and walk some quiet miles.
- Other than that, during nighttime, one can engage in prayer time and meditation and attend other additional spiritual programs at the temple.
- Overnight stay in Mayapur.
- After breakfast, move to Shantiniketan (takes around 3 hours).
- On arrival, check into a hotel and relax.
